Why does the Tingeling sign look exactly the same as the New Moon sign?

If you are in Germany it should be in your suite the day you log in, but if your in another country you need a proxy server. The steps are=

1. Use 4proxy.de

2. Type in http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/view.php?id=468

login

3. Then change the URL to: http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/finish.php?id=468

4.Wait until the page loads then Log out.
